The history tells that Phéniciens discovered the vineyard on the coast of Black Sea before planting it on their earth and exploiting the wine in all the Mediterranean Sea, in the second millennium avenue. J-C. when Romain occupies the plain of Bekaa, they consume the wine which is produced there and set up to Baalbek a Temple in the measure of Bacchus. In the XIXth century, the Jesuit Fathers discover Caves buried for centuries and boost the wine-producing production of the region.
So, throughout the history, the tray of Bekaa reflects its unlimited potential to be produced of vintage wines. The soil is exceptional, extends over more than 2000 hectares and the choice of vines is held by experienced oenologists.
